Pine Needle Tea

Ingredients: 100g Pine Needles (Pinus sp.) from wild forest Romanian pine trees.

Directions for brewing: Bring water to boil, remove from heat and add the desired number of needles to the water. Do not put the needles in boiling water as this can lead to the breakdown of different components, such as Vitamin C, and a bitter taste. Leave the needles to brew for ten to twenty minutes. The longer you leave the needles to brew the stronger the taste. Sieve the needles out (if desired) and serve.

Storage: Store in a cool (15-25°C), well ventilated, dry place out of the reach of children and away from direct sunlight. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
